A Toowoomba cafe which closed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic is for sale, with the current owners looking for someone new to take over the business.

Vaccinating the nation: state by state breakdown

A Toowoomba cafe which specialised in a farm to table concept has hit the market, with the current owners looking for someone new to take over the business.

The Farmhouse Cafe serves sustainably sourced food grown locally and aimed to be a celebration of the abundant harvests available in the Darling Downs region.

The cafe opened at Bridge St Plaza in late 2019 by the owners of Brisbane eatery Hop and Pickle.

It initially started out serving cold drinks and coffee, then also began offering food.

However with COVID-19 restrictions coming into effect just a few months later in March 2020, the business decided to close.

The owners also decided to remain in Brisbane.

The Farmhouse Cafe is now on offer for $60,000, with all the equipment and opportunity to begin trade immediately.
