Solicitor Brad Skuse, of Skuse Graham Lawyers, acting as town agent for Ms Hazard’s legal representatives from Hans Legal, told the court he had been instructed to ask for another adjournment.

Police claim Ms Hazard and her co-accused Lachlan Mark Freund, 24, tracked Thor Morgan from his girlfriend’s Harlaxton home shortly after 2am on March 15.

It is alleged Mr Freund fired several rifle rounds at Mr Morgan, 25, as he drove along Ruthven Street near Downlands College.

One of those shots allegedly hit him in the head.

Despite his injuries, Mr Morgan walked back to his girlfriend’s home in Harlaxton from where an ambulance was called.

Despite surgery at a Brisbane hospital, the bullet that was lodged in Mr Morgan’s brain remained in place and he died on May 15.

Police claim the white Ford Ranger the pair were accused of using at the time of the murder was later found burnt out at Felton while the rifle allegedly used was found by police divers in the Condamine River.

Mr Freund and Ms Hazard have not as yet been called upon to enter any pleas to their respective charges and both remain in custody on remand.

Magistrate Louise Shephard again remanded Ms Hazard in custody and adjourned her matters for mention back in the same court on February 2, 2023.
