Queensland Ambulance Service officers had a busy start to the New Year with a number of incidents across the Darling Downs.

Queensland Ambulance Service officers welcomed in the New Year with plenty of incidents across the Darling Downs overnight.

CHINCHILLA

A male child patient was transported to Chinchilla Hospital following a reported snake bite at a private address at about 9.27pm Sunday.

The patient was transported in a stable condition.

CHINCHILLA

One patient was assessed at a unit fire on Mayne Street about 11.25pm Sunday.

The patient did not require transport.

CECIL PLAINS

One male patient in his teens was transported to Millmerran Hospital in a stable condition following a single-vehicle crash on Taylor Street about 10pm.
