Investigations have started into the cause of a two-vehicle crash north of Toowoomba that left one car flipped over and two people in hospital.
Emergency services were called just before 7am to the intersection of Curnow Street and Toowoomba Road in Crows Nest.
Crews found the incident, with one of the vehicles flipped.

It is understood one patient had to be freed.
Paramedics treated a man for suspected head injuries and a woman for chest pains, with both being taken to Toowoomba Hospital in stable conditions.
Police placed diversions in place for nearly an hour, and investigators are now probing the cause.
