Beloved children’s presenter Emma Memma comes to Toowoomba for Boop and Twirl Tour

One of Australia’s most loved children’s entertainers is coming to Toowoomba with a show set to dazzle her young fans.

Toowoomba’s youngest are in for a treat with one of the country’s most beloved entertainers heading to the region this week.

Award-winning children’s performer Emma Memma, also known as Emma Watkins, will make her way to Toowoomba this Thursday, September 19 with her new Boop and Twirl Tour at the Highfields Cultural Centre.

“Our brand new show is bigger, brighter and more twirly,” Emma said.

“We have had such a lovely year meeting so many families at preschools, libraries and events around the country, but now it’s time to dance!”

Emma will sing and dance across two scheduled shows alongside her fantastic friends Elvin Melvin, BB Butterfly and Waffles the Wombat.

Families in attendance will be treated to all the classic songs they know and love as well as three exciting fresh bops from her new Twirly Tunes album including Pasta Necklace and Boop on the Nose.

“I can’t wait to twirl with everyone on our Boop and Twirl Tour,” Emma said.

“We are so looking forward to seeing you there!”

Fans are encouraged to get in the spirit by wearing Elvin and Emma’s favourite colours – pink, green and orange.

Doors open at 10am and noon with each performance featuring Auslan sign language interpreters.
