Two mystery lotto winners are yet to claim prizes from Naracoorte, Salisbury North stores

One’s in a small SA town, the other in an Adelaide suburb – two lotto tickets have won nearly $2m, but no one’s claimed the cash.

Lottery-winning tickets have been sold in two South Australian towns – and so far, no winners have been found to claim their prizes.

A winning $1m Weekday Windfall winning ticket purchased in Salisbury North is yet to be claimed – as well as a division-one Saturday X Lotto ticket worth $919,000, purchased in Naracoorte.

The Weekday Windfall win, drawn on July 11, was purchased from the OTR on Waterloo Corner Rd.

The winner will walk away with a neat $1m once the prize has been claimed.

OTR spokesman Yasser Shahin said they were “desperate” to unite the ticket holder and their prize.

“We really hope they realise their good fortune soon,” Mr Shahin said.

A day later, the Saturday X Lotto was drawn – with a lucky ticketholder who purchased from the Plaza Kiosk on Robertson St, Naracoorte yet to claim their $919,024.03 prize.

Plaza Kiosk owner Rachel Anderson said the team were “thrilled” to hear they had sold a winning ticket – and will be celebrating.

“Our outlet will be celebrating with huge decorations. We’ll be dishing out lollies and chocolates for everyone,” Ms Anderson said.

“The most exciting part is that this is our first ever division-one win. I’ve owned the outlet for five years so I’m thrilled.”

Neither ticket holder is a registered member of The Lott Members Club, and spokeswoman Khat McIntyre said the missing tickets could be found anywhere.

“This is a great reminder to all players to register your lottery tickets to The Lott Members Club, so if you are to score a major prize, we can reach out to you with the life-changing news,” Ms McIntyre said.

“Winning tickets have often been found anywhere from fridge doors to car glove boxes. Be sure to check everywhere because you might be holding the golden ticket.”

The winning numbers in Weekday Windfall, draw 4571, number on Friday were 38, 9, 30, 24, 37 and 28, while the supplementary numbers were 3 and 16.

Two other division one winners were also crowned, one each in New South Wales and Victoria.

The winning numbers in ​the Saturday X Lotto, ​ draw ​4589, ​​ were ​36, 9, 37, 35, 23 and 29​, while the supplementary numbers were ​20​ and ​31​.

Seven division one winners were drawn on Saturday, three each in Victoria and Western Australia, and one in South Australia​.
