“I have always wanted to be someone that you walk around Adelaide and people know you … and now I’m walking down Rundle Mall with all these fans coming up to me,” Ms Hudson said.

“I feel like I have to pinch myself, like that’s my life.”

The former model was a Miss Universe finalist and won the curve section of Australian Supermodel of the Year in 2017. But it wasn’t for her, with her career marred with body dysmorphia and eating disorders.

She started by making videos about “literally anything” and now she uses her platform to talk about positive self image and ending the period taboo.

“What worked for me was talking about body image and I talk a lot about periods now, that everyone loves,” she said.

“It has taken a couple of years to build my following, and to be honest, it’s just going quicker and quicker now.”

Ms Hudson said the TikTok gig hasn’t made her rich, but her favourite thing about it is meeting her fans.

“I get to meet them and they tell me about their journey and how I have inspired them, there’s nothing better in the whole world,” she said.
