Bystanders come to aid of man trapped under rolled tractor after crash at Virginia
Two men have been taken to hospital after a serious crash at Virginia, where a tractor has rolled, trapping the driver’s leg.

Two men have been taken to hospital after a car and tractor collision at Virginia.
Rescue units and police responded to reports of a car and tractor smash at the intersection of Womma West and Alfred Roads, Virginia about 6.45am on Thursday, December 28.
Early reports were a person’s leg was trapped under the tractor.
Before police arrived at the scene, bystanders had managed to free the injured tractor driver.
The driver of the tractor, a 68-year-old Munno Para West man, was transported to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with serious, but not life-threatening, injuries.
The driver of the car, a 19-year-old Lewiston man, was not physically injured and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
