Paralowie man, 38, stabbed in inner northern suburb attack

Police are investigating a violent disturbance on Main North Rd that saw a 38-year-old man rushed to hospital after being stabbed.

A man has been stabbed at Enfield and rushed to hospital, while the suspect is still on the run.

Emergency services were called to the Manhattan Motor Inn, just before 10pm on Sunday, to reports of a violent disturbance.

When police arrived, they found a 38-year-old Paralowie man with an injury to the abdomen.

The suspect had already left the hotel.

The injured man was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

CIB detectives and crime scene investigators examined the scene and investigations are continuing.

Police say the incident is not random and it is understood the people involved are known to each other.
