A TikTok user posted a video of two women at an undercover carpark facing off, sitting in their cars and refusing to budge.

The video, posted on Friday, April 4, has since attracted half a million views and thousands of comments.

A Black Rav 4 and a blue Mazda are seen with their fronts facing each other, almost as if their headlights are the eyes of two boxers at the pre-fight weigh-in.

It appears the Rav 4 was proceeding towards an exit of the shopping centre carpark but looks to have travelled the wrong way down a one-way lane.

Meanwhile, the blue Mazda appears to have just turned in to enter and while it seems to be in the correct lane, a quick reverse would solve the issue.

The poster provided some cheeky commentary of the Mexican stand-off.

“We’ve got two wild Karens fighting it out,” he says.

The video captures a passer-by in the carpark saying it looked to be “a stand-off” and the filmer replied, “it’s the age-old battle”.

“Grandma is not giving up”.

He provides some context that the road is one way but the black car would have to back up a long way while the Mazda would have to perform an easier manoeuvre.

It is not clear how the stalemate was eventually solved.

Comments on the post are quick to criticise the driver of the black car for obviously being in the wrong lane while others say the blue car could “just move back a little and let her out.”

But others agreed with a popular comment; “the only winner here is us folks watching and laughing on TikTok”.
