Aged care worker charged with three counts of rape
A 79-year-old resident of an aged care facility was allegedly sexually assaulted by an employee – an eastern suburbs man – on three occasions.

An aged care worker has been arrested over the alleged sexual assault of a resident at a southern suburbs facility.
Authorities allege an employee sexually assaulted a 79-year-old woman on three separate occasions between January and February.
Following an investigation by Southern District CIB, detectives arrested a 47-year-old eastern suburbs man on February 24 and charged him with three counts of rape.
He was bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court later this month.
