See inside: ‘Revolutionary’ new way to work out hits Toowoomba

After spending more than a decade in the fitness industry, the founder of a brand new studio is offering a unique way to keep fit.

Breaking the cycle of exercise boredom can be tricky, but a new studio offering an innovative way to train means there’s never been a more exciting way to sweat it out.

After 15 years of working in the fitness industry, Candy Rice has combined her two favourite work out styles – HIIT (high intensity interval training) and reformer pilates, to create new business Fit Former by Candy Browne.

With the hope of delivering a unique and fun way to stay fit, the founder said the style of training was revolutionary.

“We’ve put as much effort into our fit-out as we have the programming, because it was important to me that the magic happened from the second you entered our doors,” Ms Rice said.

“It’s sleek, modern and industrial and the energy is a high vibe.”

The Fit Former team consists of eight people, including trainers, a studio manager, Ms Rice and her husband Chris.

Standard class prices start from $30 with discount packages also available.

The Fit Former studio is at Walton Stores on Ruthven St.
