A Red Centre Aboriginal corporation is looking to fill two top spots after the chair and interim chief executive resigned – effective immediately.
This masthead understands that on Monday Lhere Artepe Aboriginal Corporation interim chief executive Scott McConnell and chair Vicky Lindner resigned from the corporation.
The resignations come a fortnight after Lhere Artepe held annual general meetings for the Mparntwe, Antulye, and Irlpme Estate Group Members on October 22, 23, and 24.
Mr McConnell was just named interim chief executive for Lhere Artepe in March this year.
Previously, Mr McConnell was a Labor and independent politician for the seat of Stuart (now Gwoja).
Lhere Artepe has been contacted for comment.
