It’s the most talked about house in Brisbane.
With its own Instagram account, the property’s 8000-plus followers are given rare glimpses inside the walls of ‘Arcos’ — the luxury mansion on the hill in Paddington.
In the recent weeks since its completion, the home has hosted invitation-only parties for A-list guests such as Brisbane’s property movers and shakers, rapper Example and his TV personality/model wife, Erin McNaught, and international DJ Will Sparks and his influencer girlfriend Brooklyn Clancy.

But now we’ve been given an exclusive look inside the huge, European-inspired villa on Upper Cairns Terrace, which is now available to hire out for photoshoots.
Owner and builder, Rob Gray of Graya, who lives in the house with his wife, Meghan, and their two cats, Ninja and Goose, are pretty chuffed with the three-level, five-bedroom, six-bathroom house, which offers a whopping 1000 sqm of living space.
“I think it’s a good flagship home for Paddington,” Mr Gray said.
“A lot of people wonder why we’d want to tell everyone where we live, but it really does complement Graya as a brand.
“It’s one of those houses we feel will be connected to the brand, and that really helps us when it comes to new clients and showing what we’re capable of. It’s a business card.”
The home has three living rooms and space for eight cars — all on an elevated double block just a few kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD.
Features include a statement spiral staircase, smart wiring, a spa big enough for 12 people, a gym and an epic plunge pool.
The project involved rebuilding a pre-war Queenslander, with architect Joe Adsett providing the vision for the home.
As one half of the company, Graya TM, Gray and his brother, Andrew, have built swanky residences for clients including Brisbane Broncos player Darius Boyd and former Wallabies captain Stephen Moore, since bursting on to the property scene seven years ago.
This year, Graya will shift its focus from Paddington to Hamilton, Ascot and New Farm, with a number of projects coming up in those blue-chip suburbs.
“We feel like we have to spread our wings with regards to suburbs,” Mr Gray said.
The boys will also move their office from Paddington to Teneriffe mid-year and are expanding the business by venturing into architecture.
“We’ve got an in-house design team and will be working on two projects that will be designed in-house,” Mr Gray said.
“It’s something we wanted to control from start to finish. Offering the full package service is something we feel was really lacking.”
