A teenager is fighting for life after being struck by a vehicle in the Sunshine Coast on Wednesday night.

A teenager is fighting for life after being struck by a car in the Sunshine Coast on Wednesday night.
Queensland Ambulance crews, attended the scene of a vehicle and pedestrian incident at Bellflower Rd, in Sippy Downs in the Sunshine Coast at 8.15pm.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said a 16-year-old male patient was transported with life threatening injuries to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
“A 16-year-old male patient has been transported and had a skull injury,” a spokesman said.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said the teenager had been struck by a car and forensic crash unit are on the way.
“Police are at the scene, and forensic crash are on the way investigations are ongoing,” a spokeswoman said.
