Woman suffers leg injuries in motorcycle crash on Mount Lindesay Highway, Rathdowney

A woman has been a flown to hospital in a rescue helicopter after a motorcycle and car collided on the Mount Lindesay Highway.

A woman has been flown to hospital after she suffered injuries in a crash involving two cars and a motorcycle.

Paramedics were called to the Mount Lindesay Highway in Rathdowney at 9.22am on Sunday after the incident.

One woman, aged in her 50s, was injured in the crash.

A rescue helicopter responded to the crash and treated the woman, who was in stable condition, for a leg injury.
