Woman flown to hospital with serious injuries after Sunshine Coast hinterland crash
A woman has been flown to hospital in a serious condition after the car she was driving collided head-on with a truck and burst into flames in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

A man and a woman have sustained multiple injuries in a serious head-on crash between a truck and car in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Paramedics, police and firefighters remain on scene on Blackall Range Rd, Woombye, after the crash which occurred about 10am Thursday.
A woman aged in her 30s is in a serious condition with head, chest and leg injuries.
She has been flown to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital by the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter.
The man is in a stable condition with leg injuries and has been taken to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
Queensland Police have advised that Blackall Range Rd will be blocked from Parsons Knob Rd westbound at West Woombye for a number of hours.
Only residents who live in the affected area will be provided access.
