Several properties in the Southern Downs will go to auction on May 14 if their overdue rates aren't paid to council.

Several regional properties will go under the hammer next month unless their owners stump up the unpaid property rates.

Southern Downs Regional Council will hold a public auction at 10am on May 14 at Warwick Town Hall for the below properties, unless the outstanding fees are paid in full prior to this date.
