As we roll into another bright, sunny week across the Southern Downs, the dark cloud of criminal activity remains in loom.

From alleged assaults, break and enters, animal theft, and drink or drug drivers, leaving the sweat continuing to form on the brows of Warwick police.

Below is the full list of alleged crimes taken place across the region this past week.

ASSAULTS

Investigations are ongoing into a fight which broke out in the yard of a property on Tyrell St around 11am on November 4, that saw a female sustain minor injuries.

Police received a report that a 32-year-old Warwick man was assaulted outside a licensed premises on Victoria St about 2am, November 3.

The 32-year-old received treatment from paramedics and was subsequently transported to Warwick Hospital.

THEFT

• Two guinea pigs residing in a cage in the front yard of a Pratten St residence were allegedly unlawfully removed from the property sometime between 1am and 4am on November 5.Police investigations are continuing.

• A 22-year-old Warwick man allegedly reneged on an eBay sale of a motorcycle, with police alleging he received part-payment from the buyer, however subsequently failed to deliver on the goods.

Police have charged the 22-year-old, who is set to later appear in Warwick Magistrates Court.

• Police are reviewing CCTV footage after receiving information that a quantity of fuel was siphoned from a council road maintenance vehicle parked on Ogilvie Rd, sometime in the early hours of November 6.

• Police allege sometime in the early hours of November 8, a property on Aspinall St was broken into via the rear door, with car keys and a purse taken from the living room. A silver Hyundai 130 was reported to be stolen from the address.
