A man has been charged with multiple offences over a horror crash that killed one woman and seriously injured another earlier this year.

A man has been charged with multiple offences over a horror crash on the Southern Downs that killed one woman and seriously injured another.
Police say a Toyota SUV was travelling westbound on Somerville Road at Storm King at about 11.15pm on May 14, when the car veered from the road and struck a tree before rolling.
A 46-year-old Pine Mountain woman sadly died at the scene, and a 38-year-old woman was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Another three people were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
Police have charged a 39-year-old Deebing Heights man with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and driving under the influence over the middle limit, following months of investigation by the Forensic Crash Unit.
He is due to appear for the first time in Stanthorpe Magistrates Court on December 15.
