Paramedics have responded to a two-vehicle crash involving three people at a busy thoroughfare overnight.

Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle prang on Palmerin St, Warwick, shortly after 6.15pm on Thursday.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said the three patients were assessed but declined transport.

“One patient complained of a lower back pack, but did not get transported to hospital,” he said.

In an unrelated matter in the wider region, paramedics assessed a stable male patient after a single-truck rollover on Pampas Horrane Road at 9.46pm.

The patient declined transport to hospital.
