Man airlifted to hospital with multiple injuries following two-truck crash

A truck driver has been flown to hospital with pelvic, shoulder and leg injuries after a two-truck crash on Wednesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the Cunningham Highway at Yelarbon at 12.20am.
An ambulance spokeswoman said a man in his 30s was airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition with pelvic pain, shoulder and leg injuries.
A Queensland Police spokesman said one of the trucks rolled on the highway just after midnight, before another truck hit the vehicle, blocking both directions on the highway.
By 3.45am there was still heavy traffic congestion, with only a quarter of one lane open by 6am.
Police have advised motorists to seek alternative routes and avoid the area.
