Four people have been involved in a shocking highway crash near Warwick.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the Cunningham Highway near Freestone Rd at 11:57 AM Monday.
One person has been transported to Warwick Hospital in a stable condition, and another person declined further treatment.
Another two people are still being assessed by paramedics at the scene, but are understood to be in stable conditions.
