Emergency services responded to a collision on one of Warwick’s busiest intersections in the height of afternoon traffic.

A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said emergency services were called to the two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Victoria and Palmer streets in Warwick just after 4.15pm on Friday.

The spokesman said one fire crew was responding to the incident, but there were no reports any person was stuck in any vehicles.

A Queensland Police Spokeswoman said police arrived on scene just before 4.30pm, and both vehicles involved were off the road, so the collision had minimal impact on traffic through the roundabout.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics were on scene as at 4.35pm, assessing the occupants of the vehicles, but there were no obvious injuries.
