December is drawing to a close and Christmas Eve has nearly arrived, however it is not too late to jump in the car and see Brisbane’s best Christmas light displays.

Residents across the city are putting on a show with their light displays this year, with hundreds lighting up across various suburbs.

If you’re struggling to narrow down the houses that are a must-see, we got you covered with the best displays Brisbane has to offer.

We’ve compiled a list of our favourite Christmas lights from around Brisbane, check out the top 20 and let us know your favourite.

27 MINIMINE STREET, STAFFORD

This home in Brisbane’s northside is stacked with lights as well as photo opportunities, bubble machines, music and the residents are putting on a show for a good causing by raising money for Guide Dogs Australia.

Merry Strickland is one of Brisbane’s biggest Christmas light displays bringing in thousands of people to the street every night.

4 HURON STREET, BANYO

This Banyo home comes alive every Christmas with three generations putting in the work to create a favourite among Brisbane residents.

1 PAUL TULLEY AVENUE, COLLINGWOOD PARK

With over four kilometres of lights, snow machine and a memorial tree, this home is one of the best in the western suburbs with buses of people visiting each night.

4 BURWICK CLOSE MIDDLE PARK

There is a party nearly every night at this Middle Park residence with dancing lights and music all night long, including Christmas carols and some of the biggest hits of 2023.
