Two teens injured in Jimboomba quad bike crash

Two teenage girls have been hospitalised after crashing a quad bike into a pole on a private property southwest of Brisbane.

Two teenagers have been hospitalised after a quad bike crashed into a pole on a property in the Scenic Rim.

Two girls in their late teens were on board the quad bike when it crashed on the private property at Jimboomba just after 3pm.

One girl with head injuries was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

The other was taken to Logan Hospital in a stable condition.

Meanwhile, a man sustained serious injuries after a motorcycle crashed into a tree in Upper Caboolture in Moreton Bay.

The man, reportedly in his 40s, was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition following the crash on Kilcoy Murgon Rd about 12.55pm.
