Three people are in hospital after two separate car crashes in southeast Queensland overnight.

Paramedics responded to reports of a pedestrian and vehicle incident on Morayfield Road, Morayfield, at 9.03pm.

They assessed a female in her 30s with head, leg and suspected spinal injuries and transported her to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

At 10.23pm, paramedics attended a two-vehicle crash on the corner of Carson Lane and Logan Road in Upper Mount Gravatt.

Three people were assessed including one with abdominal and chest injuries who was transported in a serious condition to Princess Alexandra Hospital.

One patient with back pain was transported in a stable condition to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

The other person with no obvious injuries did not require further treatment or transport to hospital.
