Three injured after jet ski collides with boat off Russell Island

A man is in a critical condition and two others are injured after a boat collided with a jet ski in waters off Russell Island on Sunday.

A man is in a critical condition and two others are injured after a boat collided with a jet ski in the waters off Russell Island on Sunday.

Emergency services were called to the scene at around 3.52pm after reports of a boat collision near Russell Island.
A man in his 40s sustained serious chest injuries in the collision and was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.
A woman in her 30s suffered chest injuries, and a third male suffered minor injuries. Both were transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
It is not clear whether those injured were from the jet ski or the boat.
