CHRIS Hemsworth has pulled off an awesome interview bomb on Taika Waititi, director of the new Thor: Ragnarok film shooting in Brisbane.
The Australian star of Thor came out to greet fans, taking selfies and chatting to media as fans pushed, shoved and screamed for a chance to get close.
He stopped in on a media interview with film director Taika Waititi to say it was “fantastic to be in Brisbane” which “looked very much like New York”.
He then said “sorry mate” to his director for the interruption and wandered off to his screaming fans.
Waititi joked of Hemsworth and co star Tom Hiddleston “they are very difficult to deal with; they are just like tall muscular children.”
After a full day of filming the New Zealand born director said he was happy with the progress but wouldn’t give too much away about the plot.
“It’s Thor and Loki together again. I can’t say what they are actually doing. It’s going to be a great reveal and a great surprise.”
