A six-month investigation has uncovered major evidence inconsistencies in the 2008 death of Dr Karen Mahlo, ruled a suicide by police and the coroner.
Dr Karen Mahlo was found dead by her ex-partner John Hehir in her Moffat Beach home on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast in 2008 with a chef’s knife protruding from her chest.
