A teenager has been flown to hospital after being trampled by a cow in southern Queensland.

Paramedics have flown a woman in her late teens to hospital after a cow trampled her on a property in South Queensland.
Emergency services were called to the property in Smithlea on the Queensland and NSW border just after midday.
The woman has been flown to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane in a critical condition.
