Teen killed in crash at Mungindi near QLD/NSW border
A young man has died after a crash near the Queensland/New South Wales border this morning. Tragically, it took three hours before he was found.

A YOUNG man has died after a ute hit a tree near the Queensland/New South Wales border this morning.
It took more than three hours for emergency services to be called to the crash scene.
Police said early investigations showed the ute was headed east on Noondoo Mungindi Rd at Mungindi about 7.30 when it left the road and hit a tree.
Police were called at 10.45am.
The driver, an 18-year-old local man and the only occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
