A swimmer has been rushed to a Brisbane hospital in a serious condition following an incident at the University of Queensland on Tuesday morning.

A swimmer has been rushed to a Brisbane hospital in a serious condition following an incident at the University of Queensland this morning.
Emergency services, including paramedics and critical care teams, arrived on scene at the UQ Sports Aquatic Centre on Union Road and Blair Drive, St Lucia just before 10.30am Tuesday morning.
Initial reports suggest a woman in her 50s suffered a post immersion incident.
The person has been transported in a serious condition to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
