THE Yalanga Station fraud trial has been cancelled because a defence barrister has become ill.
The case against Erwin Walter Filler and Rahoul Ray has been re-listed for mention in Brisbane District Court on Wednesday.
The men have pleaded not guilty to defrauding to Sunshine Coast couple Wilhelmus and Maureen van Zetten, regarding the transfer of shares in relation to the sale of the Noosa hinterland property.
