Emergency services were called to the scene about 2.15pm after reports of a single-vehicle crash into a power pole.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a man in his 60s was being assessed but had no obvious injuries.

There were major delays on the Bruce Hwy as emergency services responded to a truck crash in the middle of the northbound and southbound lanes.

A QFES spokeswoman said firefighters were responding to reports of a truck crashed into the median strip of the Bruce Highway, at Glenview, near the Frizzo Rd exit, at 8.30am this morning.

“There’s delays,” she said.

A QAS spokeswoman said the male truck driver had since been transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
