Sunshine Coast’s Immanuel Lutheran College holds 2024 Fruehlingsfest

Hundreds converged at the Immanuel Lutheran College in Buderim for the annual Fruehlingsfest event, which is a nod to the school’s German traditions.

Fabulous food trucks, fantastic rides and fun stalls attracted hundreds to a Sunshine Coast school for its annual community event at the weekend.

The Immanuel Lutheran College in Buderim held Fruehlingsfest on Saturday, August 10.

The event is a nod to the school’s German heritage, with the first Fruehlingsfest held at the school in 1981.

The school’s choirs, bands and dancers entertained the crowd and parents rolled up their sleeves to help set up and run the stalls, or bake sweet treats for the cakes sales.
