Paramedics rushed to the scene of a crash along a major road on the southern of the Coast overnight.

Queensland Ambulance Service crews treated a female with abdominal pain at Little Mountain after a single-vehicle crash at 12.14am.

The crash occurred on Bells Creek Arterial Road and Caloundra Road, with eastbound lanes of the latter reportedly impacted.

The woman was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with the road cleared shortly after.

There were no incidents reported on Coast roads as of 9am on Sunday, with morning traffic flowing well.
