Phoenix guard and the competition's leading scorer Jamaal Robateau said his team was ready to for the games.

"We're coming off a big win against the Rockets (Rockhampton) two weeks back and we feel we have a lot of momentum and solid confidence heading into this weekends games," Robateau said.

"We've had time to regroup and in our minds we shouldn't have let those two games which saw us lose get away from us."

The sixth placed Phoenix will come up against 7th placed Rollers who are set to add some Brisbane Bullets players to their roster.

"Those players that have come into their squad will no doubt be huge for them and it's set to make the game a cracking contest," Robateau said.

Robateau who is averaging a dominate stat line of 24.8ppg, 4.2apg and 5.6rpg, said it would take some effort to ensure the team was satisfied.

"Even though I am scoring well I definitely think I could be shooting the ball better," he said.

"This weekend's games will be massive for us and we'd love to string a few wins together especially against Mackay next week."

Robateau said the end goal of securing home finals is what everyone is working towards.

"If we can put some wins on the board and make a strong push toward the top four that would be massive," he said.

"Securing some home finals would be great for us and for our fans."
