AFTER occupying Level 4 at 26 Duporth Avenue in Maroochydore for the past 10 years, Savills Sunshine Coast has relocated to a modern, well-presented office opposite Cotton Tree Park.

On Level 3 at 61 The Esplanade, this is the new home for the commercial property agency, which first established a presence on the Sunshine Coast in 2001.

The office boasts a brand new fit-out and stunning views of the Maroochy River and onto the Pacific Ocean.

The newly designed workspace will enable the business' team of 13, headed by state director, Scott Gardiner, to continue to deliver a range of property services including valuations, property management, and commercial sales and leasing across the industrial, retail, office, development site, and investment sale sectors.

"The move comes off the back of a pre-commitment lease,'' Savills Sunshine Coast state director, Scott Gardiner said.

"It was brokered by Savills Jason O'Meara, of 750sq m over three floors in our previous Bryant House premises at 26 Duporth Avenue.

"The relocation to Level 3 at 61 The Esplanade presents a great opportunity for our office to adopt a more practical and usable layout, and allows us to stay with the same landlord and maintain excellent water views."

Mr Gardiner said it was a seamless transition as Savills Sunshine Coast has always been located within this immediate precinct, with their original office, headed at the time by Jerry O'Reilly, just next door at 63 The Esplanade.

Savills Sunshine Coast has a strong team of experienced operatives, who combined possess more than 100 years of commercial and industrial sales and leasing experience and knowledge. The business also has a solid valuation division led by Dale Doyle.

"Jason O'Meara, Jerry O'Reilly and myself have been working as a core group for over 15 years in this office," Mr Gardiner said. "And we are joined by an exciting young and enthusiastic brokerage sales and leasing team of Peter Capps, Matthew Petersen, Derek Nissen and Will Carman, as well as an excellent administrative support team.''

The business is also currently placing a large focus on the growth of their property management offering.

"We have depth and solid performances on the board and will continue to be leaders in the Sunshine Coast commercial real estate space," Savills Sunshine Coast director, Jason O'Meara said.

Savills were the first international commercial agency brand on the Sunshine Coast and offer a diverse range of services with the primary objective of delivering the best outcomes and property solutions for clients, whilst at the same time maintaining the highest level of service.
