Top property manager wants to spread Jam

AFTER taking out a top gong at the REIQ 2015 Awards for Excellence, it is hard to imagine what Jam Property’s Loretta Morgan cannot do.

AFTER taking out a top gong at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland 2015 Awards for Excellence, it is hard to imagine what Jam Property's Loretta Morgan cannot do.

The residential property manager of the year refuses to rest on her laurels and plans to "spread the Jam" across south-east Queensland.

The award will not distract Ms Morgan from expanding her Sunshine Coast business for too long, with her three-year-old daughter Penny claiming it not long after she received it.

Ms Morgan received a text from her mother at the award ceremony in Brisbane congratulating her and saying how excited Penny was.

"Your main drive is your children, you want to give them the best start in life," she said.

"I wanted to start my own brand that really showed my passion for the industry, really showed my uniqueness and the way that we do things differently.

"People know jam... it's sweet, it's smooth, it's nurturing, and its fun."
