CARS lined the road as almost 60 people gathered for Belle Property Noosa's auction of 203 Eumaralla Rd, Weyba Downs.

The shed offering two-bedrooms on 6736sqm proved appealing as Ben Radcliff and John Stamp registered 14 potential buyers including several interstate phone bidders.

With the crowd gathered in the shed's annex, an offer of $380,000 was just the start. Active bidding continued to $631,000 and the fall of the hammer to a local family.

"This sale is a tremendous result, a shining light on the Weyba Downs area, it's such a beautiful part of the world.''
