LISA Curry's plans of building a dream home in the Sunshine Coast hinterland appear over with the sale of her and fiance Mark Tabone's undeveloped Mount Mellum property.

The couple paid $550,000 last year for the 14-hectare property located on Lower Mount Mellum Rd.

It is listed for $679,000 with Theo Grigoriou at Ray White Beerwah.

"The owners of this prime positioned property have made their mind, they have found their new property and are ready to go," the listing reads.

The picturesque property is situated on a quiet road just a few minutes from Beerwah or Maleny.

The listing states that it will "cater for the nature enthusiast, the motoring enthusiast, run a few head of cattle, camping or simply just live in paradise and enjoy the best that nature has to offer."

With two large sheds and a one bedroom cottage with modern facilities, it is "ideal for the perfect weekender as it is".

However, the property could become the site of someone's dream home due to its natural settings and amazing coastal views.

Curry only recently returned to the Sunshine Coast after a stint in the I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here jungle.

She is one of Australia's most decorated female athletes, having won 15 gold, seven silver and eight bronze international swimming medals.
