The the new Ray White brand had its Sunshine Coast launch on the Sunshine Coast with the opening of the expanded Ray White office in Burnett St, Buderim.
Ray White Buderim principals Brett Graham and Dan Smith celebrated the opening of their new bespoke office, located in the heart of Buderim Village and which seamlessly integrates the sales, property management and Loan Market teams.
According to Dan Smith, the new space has been positively received by the local community.
"The new space brings together our two offices which has been great for our clients and staff,'' Dan said.
"We believe in supporting the community in which we live and work, using local tradespeople where possible for the fit-out, even down to the vertical garden supplied by the Kunara Garden Centre.
"We are excited to have incorporated a dedicated space for our finance business, The Loan Market, where locals and clients can source the best finance deals through our brokers."
The new office coincides with the launch of the new-look Ray White brand.
"Local Buderim signwriter JPG Signs, did all the new signage. With the brand refresh we liked what we saw, and the timing was perfect for us. It looks clean, contemporary and fresh and reflects the look and feel of our new space," said Dan.
Ray White Queensland CEO, Tony Warland, congratulated the Buderim office on being one of the first offices in Queensland to be completely fitted out in the new national Ray White brand style.
"It looks great - very crisp and sharp. Well done to Brett Graham and Dan Smith and the team on their classy new office," he said.
"When the new signage was completed, I couldn't help myself and took my family to see how wonderful the new office looked at night. It definitely stands out and there is nothing like it in the local market."
