THE second last remaining residential land package on a coveted Sunrise Beach estate is on the market for a cool $5.25 million.
Properties inside the "beautiful" Beaches Estate at 56 David Low Way rarely become available, and make a serious splash when they do.
House and land packages in the eastern beaches area are tightly held, with homes selling for up to $18 million.
Tom Offermann Real Estate agent Cameron Urquhart has sold "top-end" homes in the estate and was stunned when the local owners decided to sell.
"I can think of so many multi-award winning designers who'd love the chance to build on this block," Mr Urquhart said.
"Anyone who buys the land would expect something special to blend in with what is there."
One of Mr Urquhart's last sale in the estate was a $7.6 million four-bedroom stunner with its own water slide in the backyard.
He says it's extremely rare they come onto the market - the family who own the last are not expected to sell any time soon.
"These blocks are all slightly elevated, so only a gentle walk to the beach, many others are steep embankments," he said.
"It's a very rare commodity, and this land is as good as it gets.
"The lawns to the beach are beautifully manicured, then boardwalk.
"And the views are unbelievable north and south."
