A Bli Bli mother has been accused of trafficking steroids and testosterone after being dramatically arrested at her workplace.

Tamara-Lee Livingstone was arrested and charged where police allege in court documents she trafficked an anabolic steroidal agent and testosterone between April 1, 2022 to February 28, 2025 at Palmview.

Allegations against the 39-year-old were heard across two separate hearings in Maroochydore Magistrates Court last month and on Thursday, where she faced 16 drug-related offences including six charges of possessing s4 or s8 medicines, three of possessing dangerous drugs over the schedule, two of trafficking in dangerous drugs and one of producing dangerous drugs.

Among her other allegations, police claim the Bli Bli woman unlawfully produced anabolic steroidal agent and testosterone.

It’s further alleged Livingstone had in possession of anabolic steroidal agent and a human growth hormone over the scheduled amount.

Her further charges relate to the alleged possession diazepam, alprazolam, clonazepam, Viagra, epinephrine, ativan, tramadol, panadeine forte and semaglutide.

Court documents state Livingstone was allegedly found with money reasonably suspected of being proceeds of an offence along with scales, glass vials, a capping machine, a capsule making device, glassware and other items reasonably suspected of having been acquired for the purpose of committing a crime.

Livingstone was granted bail on April 14, with the court previously hearing allegations the mother and mobile phone technician was allegedly not the “main ringleader” but had knowledge of what was going on.

She was granted bail on strict conditions and a $25,000 surety was to be submitted to ensure she would appear before the court.

Her conditions included a curfew, reporting to Nambour police three times a week, not entering an international airport terminal, having only one phone and not contacting her partner Clinton Bruce Livingstone except through a lawyer for parenting services or Jason Mark Garrett. The men both face similar drug related charges and have not entered pleas.

During his failed bail application in March, police allege Garrett, a 49-year-old painter, was found with kilos of drugs and hundreds of thousands of dollars of cash. He was remanded in custody with his matters due in court on May 23.

Her husband Clint Livingstone was granted bail on May 1 also on strict conditions. He will return to court on June 9.

In the latest update of the 39-year-old’s case, her lawyer Demi Quadrio asked for her client’s bail to be varied in court on Thursday.

Ms Quadrio said she wanted to amend Livingstone’s bail to allow certain contact with her husband to assist with one of their children’s hospital appointments.

The solicitor said this bail condition caused difficulty for the pair to properly co-parent.

Magistrate Rod Madsen read more of the allegations to the court, where police claimed amounts of $17,000 and $18,000 went back and forth between Livingstone and Garrett’s bank accounts.

Mr Madsen said other allegations related to 18.53kg of powder, 6.21L of testosterone liquid in vials and $389,000 in currency being found.

“She’s to have no contact with her husband because they’re alleged to be involved in drug trafficking … these are pretty serious allegations,” he said.

Ms Quadrio argued the allegations were still in their infancy, with the bail amendment needed to assist Livingstone’s family.

The solicitor said Livingstone had lost her job due to being charged at her workplace but was meant to start employment next week.

Mr Madsen queried if the 39-year-old’s extended family could assist rather than vary her bail and asked for more material to be provided to him.

Her matters will return to court on June 9.
