Police have released further vision of the mystery man whose body was found in a Sunshine Coast river, as part of a bid to identify him. WATCH THE VIDEO.

Police have released further CCTV footage of the mystery man whose body was found in a Sunshine Coast river, as the investigation into his death continues.

The man’s body was found by a member of the public about 8.15am on Thursday, November 30, near Bradman Ave and the Sunshine Motorway overpass bridge called the Talep Bridge in Maroochydore.

The latest vision released by police clearly depicts the man as he enters a Maroochydore business at approximately 5.45pm on Monday, November 27, 2023.

It follows the initial release of footage of the man on Tuesday, December 12, that showed him at a store nearby in Maroochydore at about 4pm on November 27.

Prior to that, police released a computer-generated image of the man in an effort to help with identification, as police divers searched the Maroochy River for evidence in relation to his death.

A post mortem found that there were no injuries identified and no natural causes identified that contributed to the cause of death.

Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV footage or has information to assist the identification process is urged to contact police.
