A WOMAN who was caught drink driving more than five times the legal limit has escaped court without a recorded conviction.
Cindy Lebrun, 42, of Noosa Heads, recorded a blood-alcohol content reading of 0.265 at Noosaville.
COP BASHER SENTENCED FOR ‘FIRING FINGER GUN’ IN COURT
Ms Lebrun was sentenced at the Noosa Magistrates Court on June 2 to six months’ probation and disqualified from driving for 18 months.
No conviction was recorded.
Only two others appeared on drink or drug driving charges this week on the Coast.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SPIKES AS RESIDENTS STAY AT HOME
Leesa Endersby, 56, of Sunshine Beach, recorded a blood-alcohol content reading of 0.203 at Sunrise Beach.
Ms Endersby was fined $1000 and disqualified from driving for 12 months. A conviction was recorded.
A 19-year-old man from Doonan was caught also drug driving at Doonan.
He was fined $1000 and disqualified from driving for six months. No conviction was recorded.
