NAMED: Eight people face Maroochydore Magistrates Court on a range of drink driving offences
A teen who lost his licence after being caught drink driving twice in two hours was among several people who faced court for driving under the influence.

A 19-year-old has lost his licence for two years after he was caught drink driving by police twice in two hours.
Mitchell Robert Sargent pleaded guilty on Monday to two charges of driving over the general but not middle alcohol limit while on a provisional licence, and one charge of driving while on a suspended licence.
Sargent was first picked up by police in Warana at 10.40pm on July 16, the Maroochydore Magistrates Court heard.
He had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.066 and police gave him a 24 hour suspension from driving.
At 11.45pm, police saw Sargent walk to his car, get inside and drive onto the Nicklin Way.
Police prosecutor Rebecca Lambert said the officers stopped Sargent again and he blew 0.053.
Sargent told police he knew he was suspended but just wanted to get home.
The court heard the young father had completed a Queensland Traffic Offenders Program since the offence.
Magistrate Maxine Baldwin disqualified Sargent from driving for three months on each drink driving offence.
He was disqualified from driving for a mandatory period of two years for driving while on a suspended licence.
She also gave Sargent a $200 fine for each offence.
Sargent was among several drivers who appeared in court on Monday charged with drink driving offences.
Jacqueline Marie Booth, 45, pleaded guilty to driving over the middle but not high alcohol limit.
Booth was charged after she crashed her car into a light pole and flipped her car on Coolum Road on July 8.
She was taken to hospital and a blood test revealed she had a blood alcohol concentration equivalent to 0.148.
The mother of two was granted a restricted work licence and disqualified from driving fornine months.
Dylan Jacob Foster, 22, pleaded guilty to driving while over the middle but not over the high alcohol limit.
He was charged after being pulled over at Teewah Beach on July 17.
He was fined $400 and disqualified from driving for eight months but was granted a restricted work licence.
Luke Ethan Summers, 18, pleaded guilty to driving while over the middle but not high alcohol limit while on a provisional licence.
He was charged after police breath tested him at 12.25am on August 8 after watching him stumble out of his vehicle in a car park on Pacific Boulevard, Buddina.
He had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.141.
He was fined $600 and disqualified from driving for six months.
Savannah Rose Bebrouth, 23, was fined $900 and disqualified from driving for 10 months.
Police were called to a crash on Yandina Coolum Road at 6am in early August after Bebrouth collided with two parked cars.
She had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.182.
She pleaded guilty to one charge of drink driving.
Annie Michelle Brien, 22, was disqualified for three months after pleading guilty to driving while over the general but not middle alcohol limit.
Police stopped her on Pacific Terrace in Alexandra Headland on August 20 and she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.085.
She was also fined $350.
Conor Harrison Wavell-Smith, 35, pleaded guilty to driving while over the middle but not high alcohol limit.
He blew 0.105 in a roadside breath test at Plaza Parade on August 26 and told police he had been drinking but thought he would be under the limit.
He was disqualified from driving for five months and fined $600.
Jessie James Holzberger, 26, pleaded guilty to driving while over the middle but not over the high alcohol limit and driving while on a suspended licence.
On April 3, Holzberger was caught driving in Childers with a blood-alcohol level of 0.113.
On July 23, police stopped Holzberger on Aerodrome Road in Maroochydore and he told officers his licence was suspended.
He was disqualified for three months for drink driving and given the mandatory disqualification two years for driving while on a suspended licence.
He was fined $600.
