Deebing Heights man now stable after crash at Belli Park
The condition of a driver who was flown to a Sunshine Coast hospital after his car collided with a tree has improved, it can be revealed.

A Sunshine Coast hospital has revealed the driver behind the wheel of a ute that collided with a tree is now in a stable condition after being flown to hospital.
The 44-year-old Deebing Heights man was flown in a rescue helicopter in a serious condition from Belli Park in the Sunshine Coast hinterland to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital on Wednesday, July 12.
On July 14, a hospital spokesperson confirmed the man was now in a stable condition.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said investigations into the crash are ongoing.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Ceylon Road and Eumundi Kenilworth Road at 11.50am to reports a car had collided with a tree.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the driver suffered a head injury.
