Intellectual property lawyer Matthew James Sulman charged for speeding
A Brisbane law firm principal will defend his name in court after he was allegedly caught speeding on a Sunshine Coast road.

The principal lawyer of a Brisbane-based intellectual property law firm will fight allegations in a Noosa court that he was speeding on a rural road.
Annerley man Matthew James Sulman, 58, represented himself in Noosa Magistrates Court on March 19 and pleaded not guilty to one charge of disobeying the speed limit.
Police allege Mr Sulman drove 100km/h in an 80km/h zone on Pomona-Kin Kin Rd, Pomona, on November 26, 2023.
Mr Sulman told the court he was a lawyer at Matthew Sulman and Associates in Brisbane.
Police prosecutor David Hoffman said a mobile detection vehicle allegedly caught the oncoming speeding car driven by Mr Sulman.
Court documents did not reveal at which speed he is alleged to have been travelling at.
Magistrate Chris Callaghan adjourned the matter to June 7 for a trial.
Mr Sulman politely declined to comment.
